Doug Morehead
CEO and Vice-Chairman

Douglas C. Morehead is Vice Chairman of the company. As President of Optima Asset Management Services, Inc., Mr. Morehead brings over 37 years of hands-on real estate property management, asset management, construction, development and acquisitions experience to the company. He currently oversees the daily operations of a full service property management firm with 4.5 million square feet of commercial property in Southern California. His previous position as President of Optima Capital Management and Triton Property Management included direct management of all operations for a large commercial portfolio, plus several thousand residential apartments predominantly located in the Southwestern United States. Mr. Morehead was also associated with R & B Enterprises Commercial & Residential Management Company for over ten years as Vice President and Regional Manager for Southern California, Phoenix, and Texas. He was directly responsible for the management and operation of several million square feet of commercial properties including more than 30,000 Oakwood Garden Apartments. In Addition, he has over twenty years of receivership and provisional directorship experience in both State and Federal District Courts in California. Mr. Morehead is also an expert witness regarding issues of property management, marketing and standards of practice in the real estate management industry. Mr. Morehead is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. degree. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Management Association; a board member and one of the founders of the California Receivers Forum; and an associate member of the California and Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the Los Angeles Bar Association.

Grant

Donna Grant
EVP Director of Operations

Ms. Grant has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate loan administration management experience in commercial real estate, construction, residential subdivision, mezzanine, REIT, 1031 exchanges and syndications in California and thirty-nine states nationwide. As a Senior Vice President for NationBank, Ms. Grant managed and led over 10 banking acquisitions nationwide as well as the set up, training, and management of regional loan administration groups for the Real Estate Lending Division of the Bank throughout the 1990’s, culminating in the 1999 merger with Bank of America. From 2000 to 2002, she was the Senior Loan Administration Manager for IndyMacBank responsible for nationwide loan administration in the Residential Subdivision group. Prior to joining CRH Management Inc., Ms. Grant worked as Vice President and Director of Client Services for Loan Administration Network, Inc., providing staffing, training and consulting for banks and mortgage and title/ escrow companies.

Marc Raskulinecz
Senior Vice President, Property and Asset Management

Mr. Raskulinecz has spent the past 14 years working with several leading Southern California real estate management companies. He has managed teams of 80+ associates and portfolios of 7,500 multifamily units and commercial assets of 4.5 million square feet. In addition, he has had the opportunity to work in the development and lease-up of 1,200+ multi-family units in the Southern California Market. Raskulinecz was born and raised in Southern California where he currently resides with his wife and two children.

Fitzpatrick

Henry Fitzpatrick
Chief Financial Officer

Fitzpatrick is a Certified Public Accountant with 26 years of experience in real estate finance, accounting, development, property management, facility management and project management. Prior to joining CORE, he was with CB Richard Ellis’ Newport Beach, California office for 12 years, the last eight of which were as Account Finance Officer. Previously, Fitzpatrick held various controller positions for eight years with three Newport Beach developers/property managers, including Trammell Crow Company. From 1983 to 1986, Fitzpatrick was with the national accounting firm of KPMG in the Newport Beach office as an auditor and tax specialist. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983.

Billsten

Nels Billsten
VP Leasing/Dispositions

Billsten has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including the last 5 years in the TIC industry. Mr. Billsten is responsible for the leasing of CORE’s commercial property portfolio consisting of over 4.8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. Over the past three years, he has successfully negotiated leases totaling over 2.1 million square feet with an aggregative gross lease value of over $83 million. He is also responsible for the disposition coordination of all CORE assets. His extensive background includes the acquisition, disposition, due diligence and asset management of office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets at PM Realty Advisors, a pension fund advisor, and in brokerage at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Billsten also spent 4 years with Boeing Realty Corporation where he was involved in leasing and the disposition of surplus assets. Mr. Billsten began his career in the Real Estate Services Group at Arthur Andersen & Co. where he spent 5 years providing valuation and consulting services to numerous real estate firms and corporations. Mr. Billsten is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and holds a MBA from the University of Southern California, and a BA from Wheaton College (IL).
